These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the platform operated by [Operator to supply] ("the Company"). By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the House Rules, the Betting Rules and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

- The Company may request proof of age or identity at any time and may suspend an account until such proof is provided.
2. Your account
- Accounts are created and funded through the operator or its appointed agents. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
- All activity carried out under your credentials is deemed to be carried out by you. Notify the operator immediately if you believe a third party has accessed your account.
- You may hold only one account and must register using your own legal name and accurate details.
3. Betting
Placing, accepting, settling and voiding bets is governed by the Betting Rules and the applicable Sport Rules. In the event of any inconsistency, the more specific rule prevails.
The Company reserves the right to decline all or part of any bet, and to void bets placed in error, after the start of an event (except valid in-play bets), or where fraud or manipulation is suspected.
4. Suspension and closure
The Company may suspend or close an account where it reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, unlawful use, or a breach of these Terms, and may withhold amounts connected with such activity.
5. Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including interruptions caused by your equipment or internet connection.

6. Changes
